And a few times someone has responded with "so, if the cops show up and demand you turn them over right then, what are you going to do?" How many do you believe would actually do it if ordered?

The second amendment doesn't specify what firearms we can posses because not only is it there so we can protect ourselves and others from criminals but also to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government.
