10. I didn’t catch who is with you there, but his question about or statement of the parts that looked like they didn’t need to be replaced has a possible explanation. Like a lot of companies that have vehicle fleets, the police station is no different. The company that I work for has thousands of vehicles all over the country and they run what they call programs on the vehicles. What this is is when a part of a vehicle whether it’s a mirror bracket or an engine part has been identified on enough vehicles to be defective, the program goes company wide and the part on all the vehicles is replaced to avoid A breakdown in the future. In other words, it’s not that uncommon to see that in the trash bin where there is any fleet of vehicles.

17. By saying you're recording for "Me" you negate any 1st Amendment protections. If somebody had interfered and you had sued in federal court, you would have lost. This has already been litigated. The 1st Amendment's freedom of speech applies to activities that are "expressive conduct." If you are recording with no intent to share information with others, there is no intent to "express" anything and therefore no "speech." You also negate any freedom of the press protections of the 1st Amendment because "Me" means you do not intend to disseminate anything to the public. The prior litigation involved a fellow who had said he was recording because he was a "photo hobbyist." The courts ruled his hobby was a personal activity devoid of an audience, and without an audience, there was no constitutional right to do what he was doing. The words "camera" and "record" do not appear in The Constitution, so no one could defend any claim that there is a right to use a camera or to record people just for the sake of using a camera or recording people. Your recording activities must involve an audience to be protected. Standing mute would necessitate a reasonable belief that you were using a camera for the same reasons most people do; because they want to take a picture of something and show it to somebody else, and therefore your actions would be protected by The Constitution. Stating otherwise and removing any audience removes The Constitution from the equation.

    Answer: Because bothering the police gets you subscribers. Nobody knows what the hell I'm talking about regarding spending reports. Here's what spending reports are: you pay taxes. They spend your money. They have a list of employees and vendors they paid. Get the list and publish it. It's public record.

32. I always think it is ironic that cops, who allege that they are continually at risk of being attacked by those dastardly criminals that they continually encounter. Yet they generally ignore the security of their infrastructure. As in this video.

    Someone with sinister intent could easily access these vehicles or buildings.
