That is the one thing I love about my hometown. I am personally friends with the majority of business owners and the police trespasses end up in their failure.
Police can legally solicit a trespass just like you can freedom of speech never the less I feel like to should be policy for police to not be allowed to solicit trespass requests on or off duty for obvious reasons I’ve dealt with this bs my self and thank god the Walmart and the other business did not go along with it

This is why cops receive the hate. The business was not complaining and asking him to be trespassed. But because he doesn’t like the auditor or the auditor’s actions he solicits the business for a trespass knowing that the business is more likely to side with the officer; they want the officer to protect the business in the future and therefore the officer creates a quid pro quo. And of course the average citizen doesn’t realize that soliciting the trespass would be thrown out of court. It’s a dick move like the auditor stated, and it is exactly the thing that get either him or his fellow officers shot the next day because people will only disrespect him back. That’s what we get in America these days because the department is more interested in increasing salaries and buying new tactical toys than training officers and supervising their actions. That would be work and the ole captain of the department wants to just have beer parties on Saturdays where he shows off his house’s new negative edge pool and Viking barbecue grill. hmmm….how does a high school educated, government worker afford that? Your guess is better than mine. In the meantime black people and other minorities who attempt to elevate themselves in a bias system are his prey and we allow it.

Soliciting a trespass should be illegal and grounds for termination. Either a complaint comes from someone's own volition or it doesn't exist. The police themselves cannot make the complaint either. No complaint given without asking or coercion cannot be upheld.

On Soliciting a trespass, it seems un-Constitutional for any government officer to solicit anything from another citizen, trespass or whatever. Government officers are authorized to only minimal intrusion into the life and wellbeing of the citizenry, as our Founding Documents – especially The Bill of Rights – clearly demonstrate. After all, if the the idea of greatly limiting government and keeping it out of our way and freedoms was not the intent of our forebears we wouldn’t need a Bill of Rights in the first place.
