2. Why in the hell did the cops just roll on by the first time? Those 911 calls said the guy was harassing people. They heard him screaming over there. They were being lazy and were hoping he would just go away. He didnt.

3. People are complaining about the 911-dispatch, but she have already alarmed and the units is on their way there while she continues to talk to the caller. The more information she can get from the caller the more information she can pass on to the police dispatch. And that caller and her family did a great job at getting them information 👍

33. Just in case, it should be protocol for EMS to either be there, or to standby. That way if anyone gets shot or hurt somehow. A medical team would be better off being there to help save lives on either side of the law. 😉
