I could also tell the difference of who exactly was “grunting“ due to how close it was to the officer’s microphone, when the transcriber was saying it was “unknown“ who was grunting.

41. They need to change policing policies. If they produce a weapon, knife or gun, they get ONE 1 ONE warning and chance to give up the weapon. If they don't, for the safety of the officer and the public in general, lethal force should be applied to end the threat. Anyone refusing justice, is forcing the officer to become the application of their own judgement.
