Bodycam Footage of Armed Suspect Being Shot by Officer Following Foot Chase

2. Some additional info: the suspect is Terry Sams, aged 27 now; before this case, he already managed to gather a collection of criminal charges, appearing in 36 cases. His gunshot wounds were not life-threatening and a week later he was released from hospital and appeared in court to face charges. Officer Steve Becker, who shot Mr. Sams, has 13 years of service and during his service he received a letter of commendation.

13. I remember seeing in my local newspaper, a sad story of a child that drowned in a pool, which left one of the first-responders taking LoA to recover. 3:26 reminded me of that.

15. This was attempted murder pure and simple. The suspect was at least twenty-five feet away, was not armed, posed no threat, and all he did was run away from the cop. We see the officer emptied two clips into his direction, whilst shouting 'motherfucker'.
