33. Tulsa Police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting that occurred after a chase.
    
    Officers say it began when shots were fired at the Joy Mart located at 2112 South Garnett Rd. Officers then chased the vehicle with a man and woman inside until it got a flat tire. The woman got out of the car but the man moved into the driver's seat and sped off. He eventually reached a dead end in a Tulsa neighborhood near 2800 south 112th east ave.

    According to TPD Officer Jeanne Pierce, the man then tried to escape but was shot by an officer. He has been taken to a hospital and is reportedly in critical condition.
