Baltimore County officers were justified in shooting an armed robbery suspect who was fatally shot during a police shootout that seriously injured an officer and a bystander in Dundalk, prosecutors said. Blaine Robert Erb, 35, of no fixed address, was fatally shot near the 3400 block of Dundalk Ave. Police said Erb robbed two people at gunpoint in a shopping center parking lot, then boarded an MTA bus before officers stopped it.
