  1. This guy doing the naration thinks he knows what's best for our safty and what laws the CHP should inforce.. " and states that it's debatable that doing donuts on a public road is dangerous"? WTF? I hate when citizens think they know everything…

  2. doesn't the chp primarily only deal with traffic related stuff? why would they respond to a residential shooting?

  3. If you knew what you were doing you would know CHP does not respond to shooting calls! 🙄🤷🏽‍♂️🙄

  4. The reason they responded to that challenger is because he can just take off and that’ll be more dangerous chasing him

  5. The comes out saying would you rather have the police respond to shooting calls or someone doing donuts to be honest with you i say both my friends thanks for sharing another great video my friend peace 😁👍

  6. Damn you don’t mess with the CHP
Edit: the Dodger Challenger should have gotten a new paint job

Double edit 5 months later: the CHP dont f*** around when looking for those who violate the law and now i dont feel like driving in California….

  7. Always remember CHP are not police officers they are security only for California freeways they don't have the same rights as city police.

  8. Police your right, the Highway Patrol has different from your local sheriffs and police departments. The police would response to that shooting u mention.

  9. A violation of California Vehicle Code section 23103 (reckless driving) is a misdemeanor and is a serious offense because an element is that the driver “intentionally drove with wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property” – doing donuts on a public street is not a “minor offense” but an intentional violation against public safety – the CHP is not overreacting when they crack down on these stupid assholes – you want to do donuts? Go to a raceway or track … oh that’s right, you don’t want to pay for the privilege of not inflicting your idiocy on the general public
