7. I usually take off my gun for sprint/footwork/plyometric work out, but the other day I forgot- still worked. In shorts. At the gym with like 100 people. Sprinting and jumping. For an hour. (**warning*** do not do this unless you are 100% your gun is secure, I did a ton of running in private with my gun before feeling confident in my system to do that at the gym.

8. I run and lift with a gun all the time- after intervening in a domestic violence situation while on a jog and without my gun, I make a point to keep it with my always.

10. I live in Florida where I wear gym shorts or track shorts 95% of the year. And I carry my s&w shield with no problem. And even with lighter shorts I’ll carry the lcp2 in pocket or appendix carry just like my shield.

25. just wear a sturdy leather belt over your underwear and underneath your basketball shorts just like you would normally. clip your holster onto your belt like you would while you're wearing it with normal pants. As long as you have it nice and snug- it will hold.
