   Colorado is the first state to pass a law to revoke unrestricted police "Qualified Immunity" in cases of police-on-civilian violence. The new law also includes LEOs who witness, but Do Nothing, to stop the violence.

10. Its annoying that there's so many things still being missed by all these protests and movements. Someone tries to jump a warrant, grabs a taser from cop, shoots him and gets shot in return, they burn the Wendy's to the ground the next day, the cop is arrested for murder the day after. A hispanic kid with a squirt gun gets lit up and run over while he's dying for having a green plastic squirt gun and nobody cares. I mean the mother cares, the family cares, the local community cares but no one outside that group.

    What happened here. I saw the group gathered earlier that night but I don't know the story. Did I miss it earlier in the stream?

17. we abolished qualified immunity in colorado yesterday, it was signed into law. We are beginning to see change. I blame you and tom MF zebra.

19. When people talk about California gangsta hoods most people think of Compton. But the real OG gang hood in California is Point Richmond (near Oakland). Their downfall was when they made a gang documentary movie (I can't remember the name of it) that showed actual criminal activity, including murders, no one hid their faces and actually bragged on camera about what they had done. The police used the movie to figure out who the players were, arrested them and used the film as evidence in court. There was later a gang documentary made in Compton but they learned from the Point Richmond film and hid their faces.
