19. Basically, police departments and federal police agencies are corrupt to the core. In a former life, I had to deal with them. They are arrogant bullies. There may be an honest one somewhere, but I have never met one. Sean Hannity keeps bleating that line FBI agents are honorable. Do not believe him.
