The Philadelphia Police Department isseeking the public’s help in locating a missing endangered person, Foster Moore. Mr. Moore was last seen by his granddaughter this morning around 11:47 a.m. at their residence on the 2100 block of North 23rd Street.
Mr. Moore is 74 years old, stands 5’10†tall, and weighs 125 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a gray and black beard. He was last seen wearing a black top hat, a black and yellow bleached Nike hoodie, black Nike pants, and gray and white New Balance sneakers.
Having recently moved to his current residence, Mr. Moore is not familiar with the area and may attempt to return to his previous address on the 2200 block of Pierce Street in the 17th District.
