The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 63-year-old Terry Heckman was last seen on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 11:30 a.m., on the 15XX block of John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
He is 5’7″, 215 lbs., blue eyes, and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black coat, gray pants, and white sneakers.
