    .as to citation hope fought that in court and called each of cops to stand to explain there actions and where there police powers where when they cuffed and detained for safety out of jurisdiction.

13. Reference jurisdiction: if the Ranger made an official request for Mutual Aid and the land is within the Sheriff's parish/County, then the deputy is with his rights.
