Felony takedown after stealing ambulance with GPS ONBOARD. Stupid criminals

1. suspect detained then several more officers arrive stand around passing congratulations on the officer's arrest, the officers partner should stay with prisoner and the rest returned to patrol as they are no longer needed simple and more efficient use of officers time that the public are paying for
