Though I laughed watching you ramble, this video leaves a bittersweet aftertaste. Firefighters and their "beloved" beeper really are a thing. 😀 That's why that lovely guy and I finally stopped dating; as firefighter and ICU-nurse we really didn't have much time together. On the rare occasions that we shared a day off, sooner or later his beeper would start to yell, and he'd be out of the house (the pool, the cinema, the restaurant, the bedroom,…) and gone. That works for a few months, but it's not a good thing if you think about having a family one day.
Huge kudos to all of the firefighter-nurse-couples out there who can make it work. <3
