Tom Zebra and I headed down to the 77th Street station of LAPD to get back his drone that was illegally taken over 3 years ago.
We received a considerable amount of police response to our filming outside on the street. When we went inside the Lt. watch commander threatened us with arrest and said it was illegal to film the evidence room.

They still haven't got the memo. It took them 3 years to return the drone they stole from me. They finally agree to give it back. When I show up to get it they threaten to arrest me for recording them…AGAIN. WTF is this world coming to? Any other occupation would be discarded by now. You wouldn't keep paying a prostitute who refused to hold your hand would you? We pay these bitches 6 figures x 10,000 cops for this department alone. Fuck holding my hand. I bet LAPD is going to devote half its department to tailing you, and then use that as justification to arrest you and dan for wasting public resources.

This is one of the strangest police encounters at a police station that I've ever seen. I don't like to use the word suspicious, as the police misuse it all o f the time, but the level of accommodation and politeness shown by police here was pretty damn suspicious, especially if you couple that with the amount of officers on standby just for two people with cameras.

It seems to me that when the cops are either arresting you or confiscating your property,their control factor is 100%.When they are forced into a position where they are returning property and cannot do nothing about filming,they lose some of that control which in turn makes them bitter thus the anger towards citizens.Los Angeles is a real police state community.
