We just had our county meeting on Friday and successfully voted to yank 1.8million out of the bloated police budget and reallocate to other entities. We pulled vehicles, an MRAP, (they do NOT need that) officers off beats, out of desk jobs that are worthless, some equipment, 1.8M. People were cheering and clapping. The police reps, got up, walked out and got BOO’d so badly. They were pissed off.
