GRAPHIC Tucson Police body cam video – Death of Carlos Adrian Ingram-Lopez in Police custody

1. The plot thickens. Part 2 of my Tucson police video series shows how Tucson police DIRECTLY prevented us from being able to record at THIS call on THIS night. It was the very next morning that the chief asked the city council to pass the ordinance to stop cop watchers. He told city council that we were a problem, but failed to tell them that they prevented the recording of an in custody death at the hands of his officers.

2. How can they claim to protect and serve yet be so unconscious of someone in their custody? This was utterly cruel and very difficult to watch.

3. “He’s not conscious”. No shit! You held him down while listening to him asphyxiate! Narcan wasn’t going to do shit! You fucking killed him! You could’ve sat him up and gave him water, but no… You fucking killed him!

4. There is no reasoning with pigs. Why do people even bother.. I've heard many auditors say "bad copa get other cops killed" which is not even true, that's why they keep on doing what ever they feel like

5. Are these police being held accountable?? Or they still on the streets? They knew something was wrong even said and they killed him!!!

6. What was the cause of death exactly?

7. "Stay inside!!" — ("we don't need witness watching us kill your son")

8. These cops said it was overdose not the real truth "fat officer sits on handcuff man"

9. These cop need to be dealt with seriously. Shit like this happens everytime and they get away from it

10. Why put cuff on a dead body. If my son had a gun he would pop all of them.

11. Overdose you still be breathing.. these cop came to do what they did.

12. The cop tells the lady to go back in the house. Fuck you this is my house your in my property. Wtf

22. This man repeatedly requested water and no-one responded to his cries, and he should have been able to sit up. Horrifying!

23. Case is settled for 2.9 million , but money is not imp then a persons life 🙏
