Michael Miller initiated the stop and detained the victim for failure to ID as a passenger in the car. Dylan Suggs, the cop with the scar and hat who took down the female. Larry Doster, Joshua Moore, Keith Cauthen were the good cops that just stood by and watched, refusing to help the victims.
Male victim was charged with: obstructing government operations and criminal mischief 1st.
Female victim was charged with: resisting arrest and obstructing government operation

It is NOT ILLEGAL TO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS, The first one of the of your Miranda rights is "you have the right to remain silent"! And not answering questions IS NOT OBSTRUCTION of governmental procedure. I damn would love to see a follow up to this action. This is the EXACT REASON REASON why you need to know your rights. The STOOPID cop doesn't even know that putting hands on someone is ASSAULT. I bet if you ask a cop on the stand what happens if a citizen puts hands on a cop what happens, he will say that person is under arrest. Then ask the cop what happens when a cop puts hands on a citizen, answer "NOTHING"
