  1. i love this tactic. "hey, lets go over here and talk and tell them they cant film or record our conversation. We can move them as far down the road and impede their right to film all we want!"
    yeah, no.

  2. How can a member of the public be charged with a crime and have possession confiscated for the lax and incompetence of a LEO.
All The cop with the phone had to do was carry on across the road to any of the numerous patrol vehicles and have his private conversation in privacy.
So someone else has to pay for his incompetence,
Just like with all the compo claims against them are paid.

  3. These cops are clueless….you can’t record an investigation that’s so secret that they’re doing it on a busy street corner with all sorts of people walking around. Why can’t these tyrants just admit that the real problem is that they (personally) don’t like to be recorded, rather than lying about it. Seems as though there’s a culture of corruption with this department, it starts from the top…

By the way, it seems as though this video was mislabeled, all that happened was a cop told someone not to record, nothing else occurred

  4. I LOVE IT, YES COPS HATE HATE HATE CAMERAS, AND ALMOST EVERYONE IN THIS COUNTRY HAS ONE ON THEM, SO GET USED TO IT , YOU BULLY BASTARDS!!! SMILE YOUR ON ACCOUNTABILITY CAMERA!

  5. In 2006 The Chief of Police passed a rule that states 'that officers can not smoke on duty, esp. if visible by the public, except while on break and then only in specificly approved locations.' thats why this mini porn star was triggered – prick!

  6. All kinds of people walking by but because he has a camera it is obstruction. Houston has one of the most violent and corrupt departments. I wonder how much they pay out every year to lawsuits.

  7. GESTAPO ALIVE AND WELL VIOLATING CITIZENS RIGHTS IN HOUSTON. THEY JUST PUT MORE TARGETS ON THEMSELVES. THESE BASTARDS THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND THEY ARE SADLY MISTAKEN.

  8. You actually have to be impeding an investigation to be arrested for it. Pigs can't just invoke impeding just because it is a real thing. There must be evidence of this. Cameras don't lie!

  9. "Interfering with an investigation" Nothing that all the other pedestrians aren't also doing. The area isn't taped off either. BS.

  10. See that is what crime tape is for to tape off the area where officers do not want the public to be they ( police officers ) just committed a criminal act by arresting someone for being in public if the officer had a phone call that was of importance he should have gone to a private area in a building sue the city for our taxes back for hiring jesters who know squat shi..t of our freedom and rights

  11. BULLY IGNORANT COPS DOING WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT TO WHO THEY WANT WHILE IGNORING THE LAW MAKING UN LAWFUL ARRESTS WHY BECAUSE THEY SUFFER NO CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR ACTIONS

  12. like when i phoned …and asked them…
me—im recording this call..is that ok?..how do u like filming on the sidewalk outside ur precinct?
officer—oh its fine…we record as well…and filming is completely legal in public places=)
me– how about if u have a police vehicle parked on the sidewalk next to me? and i film it as i walk by?
officer—ohh…u cant do that…i mean..its our property…u need to NOT film police property!
me—ohh really…so i would be arrested if i did that?
officer—well….we would come out there to tell u that…
    me—to tell me what?
    officer—umm…maam
me—- would i have to ID etc?
officer—if we ask i would expect u to comply…and i think i dont want to argue about it…its not right to film police vehicles! i have to go…if u dont have more questions…i have a job to do..*click*
hmm….i didnt even ask about filming inside the lobby….wow….
