I remember when I was driving to school with my dad one day a cop stopped us for no reason and we were in a rush my dad called him a jerk he didn’t know his rights got a 200 dollar ticket and I was late to class and when my dad challenged the ticket he was threatened for another one if only he knew his rights

16. Furthermore. Posted speeds are recommended. The basic rule still trumps. That can actually go both ways. If its a clear road, dry clear day. No traffic. Theres no harm in am extra 10-15 mph. As citizens we should be trusted to use judgement.
