  1. you should try to see if which method of pepper spray recuperation is most effective. And maybe some zannier move out of the park pre preparations for pepper spray. I'm sure there's a lot of great dumb idea out there so look around.

  2. Mike the cop you will never pass police academy in Europe. Your talking points sounds like brainwash deluxe. We have so much less crime in any European countries. In Germany you have go 3 years to school for police officer.

  3. Mike just saw a video about a cop stopping a group of kids for one kid yelling out the window "F" the police. The video said the officer was terminated for trying to "fight" the kid. To me it looked like he was trying to re-educate the kid, maybe put him on the right path. Was wondering what your take might be on it. The clip I saw was at the end of "DDS TV" most recent upload.

  5. Two things that changed my chubby lazy ass unhealthy habits and get into the gym learning jiu jitsu started by getting into a sensory deprivation tank. It was truly life changing. Then I read the book "Discipline = Freedom" by Jocko Willink. It has been 6 months and haven't looked back and I haven't made excuses. I just get up, get to the gym, get healthy and train!

  7. This is going to sound bad, but I want to do push-ups, but I have never been able to do them, I have really weak small arms, how do I start so I can become stronger?

  11. I tried to sign up for the band and it is telling me, "I do not meet the age and gender requirements set by the administrator." I am 32 y/o male?

  12. Well fuck that. I am a female and Band tells me I do not meet the gender OR age requirement you set. Why would you do that? I run 3 miles every day and workout 5 days a week. Discriminatory b.s.

  14. Why not add a half hour swim to the Cooper challenge to make things interesting? The sign of improvement will obviously be distance swam in that half hour from when you srarted

  15. How under achieving does one need to be to be so excited to be first to watch the video, and on top of that lie about it because I know that 3 people were not first.
