LAPD Arrests Man Riding Bicycle for DUI

21. BUI (Biking Under the Influence) is a misdemeanor is California…punishable by a fine of no more than $250 and NO JAIL TIME even made possible by the statute. How exactly can they haul you in to jail over it. I’m not sure that this is even an arrestable offense.

    Either way, it’s such a scumbag move by the cop. That man didn’t appear to be drunk to a point where he was endangering anyone whatsoever. Yet another lowlife, low IQ turd with a badge throwing his weight around…useless assholes.

31. In college my friend and I got pulled over for pedaling under the influence while on our way back from a beer run. One container was open in a paper bag. We weren't hurting anyone, causing a disturbance, or riding erratically. He offered us a ride back to our dorm, which we accepted, and told us to have fun and stay safe.
