  1. You are dump fool , guy dui request not show at his face u film him , what law you get understand , he ask you not film him , but you are jerk and get real you should be more careful people ask you to do

  2. You let that supervisor off easy with that sliding scale crap onus!! Come on man please nut up and give back the crap that they throw at you 24/7. Its hard to see you get destroyed every video and it seems all you do is go write a check on their chalkboard and then the same stuff happens again!.

  3. That cop is dead wrong!!! What he is saying is, in legal terms, arbitrary and capricious. Capricious means to be subject to whim; impulsive and unpredictable. Arbitrary means based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system. If they need to protect his personal info, they must provide that protection by bringing him to a secure location, ie. In their car.

  4. Do theses officers no there is no expectation to privacy in public or how about the real reason is theses cops don’t like being filmed

  5. I mean it’s just the decent thing to do. There’s no reason to record they ask politely could you not record him but he insists. That’s just uncalled for

  6. I LOVE the work you do. Thanks for that. I sure wish there was easy way to follow up on these videos though. Cheers and keep up the good work.

  7. No. Just because the arestee doesn’t want to be filmed doesn’t mean the cops can restrict the right of the photographer. If a murder suspect doesn’t want to do the perp walk will the cops stop the TV cameras ?? No and it’s the exact same thing.

  8. Then the officers would have to tell the business to turn off their cameras too. Its 2019 and were still dealing with this

  9. You need to make it clear that brights lights are also a action of assault, it hurts, its damages the retina's. And they used it against a law abiding citizen. That tactic is only used in tactical situations to disorient and obstruct criminals. Its a violation against the code of conduct to preform it on citizens.
