25. I understand where both parties are coming from. He has a right to film & the police are trying to keep the looky lous from filming deceased persons whose loved ones may not even be aware they're deceased & haven't yet been notified. I would actually support a law that says public dissemination of such material would be unlawful unless there were a specific good & or need to know by the public.
