  1. Got pulled over by a federal ranger a few nights ago and he tried to get me to take his little sobriety tests, I told him NO, he then said I can make you get out of the car which I asked do I have to? And he said yes so I did. Everything went good

  2. why wouldnt my blood pressure be high dealing with people whos job it is to fine or arrest you for victim less crimes. i under stand if your drunk but like jay walking or seat belt or 5 miles over the speed limit all victim less crimes

  3. TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

  4. if you are asked to take any of the road side test —— the cop has ALREADY made up his mind you are going to jail ….

  5. By the time they ‘ask’ you to perform a FST, they already believe you are drunk. All they are doing is collecting ‘evidence’ to use against you. This is all subjective and totally up to the officers interpretation. Do not subject yourself to these fake tests.
**Also of extremely important note. Cops that are stopped for suspected DUI, never comply with these tests. They KNOW that these are all about ‘making you guilty’.
Perform none of these tests. Make them get a court order. Answer no questions without a lawyer present. Even if that just stalls the inevitable, it may allow time to get a lower reading.

  6. They dont do their job right so allowing them to give you medical assistance could mean putting a bullet in your head because you scared them while having a seizure. They are extremely scared all the time

  7. if you feel your not free to leave you are arrested of your freedom to move about. an arrest.

there is no detained that does not immediately arrest a man of his freedom to move about.

  8. supreme court has ruled that policy officers do not have to protect man or woman, just the infrastructure. so this checkpoint reasoning is invalidated by the law of the land.
then it falls to policing for profit

  9. Checking the heart rate of someone you just arrested, and who's life you are actively attempting to destroy, and then claiming that the arrest has nothing to do with the heightened heart rate is a profound travesty of justice. The police that make this claim, along with the DAs and judges that go along with it, should all be in prison for this clear fraud.

  10. Voodoo has long been the standard for police to determine whether or not someone is under the influence. I'm surprised you haven't shown how many cops speed when not responding to emergencies before, during, or after these checkpoints. If they expect the public to let them make money at our expense to run these publicity stunts, they should at least behave with near-decency.
