21. Johnny, quick google search of banis towing business license brought up the SAFER DOT result showing that they are not authorized to be conducting business. I don't know how to follow thru with this to see how this applies, but if it is what it appears then Leon police have contacted with an illegal towing company to do their seizures of cars which would put them even further away from lawful activity. Might be something that somebody smarter than me could look into.
