Hey those are movie cops, off duty with contract with city. Notice no official badge or radio. Onus has their website.. Cops will stretch their duties to brush you back
They are unimaginative at their best and pathological at their worst, when it comes to the daily blither blather that narrates their daily existence.
Coppers are incorrigible children who have aged into pathetically incorrigible children.
Our tax dollars being used for these cops to protect the movie industry.

He lied and left because he was probably drawing pay from the production company while still on duty drawing pay from the city as well. you should file a public records request for his duty related time for that day.
