13. Ok as far as the dumbass tow truck driver goes. Granted it was 40 years ago that I drove a tow truck on a regular basis but I would have put the tow truck pretty much where he first put it maybe a little farther away so it wouldn't hit the back of the tow truck & flipped it from there. Then if it needed the front-end swung around I could have just rehooked to the front & winched it where I could get under it with the wheel lift. If I could get it neutral I would have pulled it forward about even to where you car was parked. Cleaned up the mess including the oil dry (kitty litter). The cops around here would never let you leave all that oil dry on the street. Then pulled forward to the next parking lot or the side of the road to put the dollies under the rear tires. If I couldn't got it into neutral I would have had to put then together at the scene brfore cleaning the mess up. If I took that long to open the road up it would have been the last time the cops would have call the company for a tow.

Hello mister Johnny 5.0 yes T-Mobile is having issues with their Network they are currently upgrading to 5G and as a result I know here in California large parts of Sacramento have been disrupted but my problem was my system went down last Wednesday morning and it did not start working until Wednesday afternoon so it was down for a solid week at my home when I would go to work my phone would work fine. When I would come home basically I I was dead in the water so it is finally working again hopefully it continues but still 7 days to go with no internet being able to utilize in your home I mean the system was so bad I couldn't even make a phone call and I'm like you know God forbid I needed to call 911 I would have no way to do it

The Los Angeles Police Department Harbor Division was served with a cease and desist notice for allowing mentally ill persons to operate within their organization and for holding in their possession falsified records, specifically California Penal Code, Preliminary Provisions, Section 4, which states " The rule of the common law, that penal statutes are to be strictly construed, has no application to this Code." which is a false statement. The mentally ill persons employed by the Los Angeles Police Department are using this falsified record to subjugate the people of California to violations of Constitutional rights. Security camera footage reveals the cease and desist notice was posted in the public lobby of the Los Angeles Police Department continuously for over three weeks, in the months of November and December in the year 2019 giving ample time for the said organization to comply with the legal document which was lawfully served.
