jerry's right, the test's are designed to set you up for failure. besides the public humiliation, the breathalyzer/blood test awaits at the end. why go thru the motions? bottom line, don't chance it. checkpoints or no, eventually you will be popped.
NEVER submit to a field sobriety test!! Â They are designed to make you fail. Â It is a known fact, and they are highly unfair as well. Â Examples would be if a person were to have a medical issue with balance, feet, eyes, etc. Â Why make it even easier for them to arrest you? Â Just say no.
