The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person James E. Goodson. James was last seen February 8, 2024, at approx. 12:15am on the 34xx block of Civic Center Blvd.
James is 72-years-of-age, med brown complexion, grey hair, 6’0â€, 164 lbs., brown eyes and was last seen wearing a navy-blue shirt, dark colored pants, and a gray camouflage baseball style cap.
