The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Joseph Graham. Joseph was last seen January 8, 2025, at approximately 11:30am on the 57xx block of Florence Ave.
Joseph is 72 years old, 6’0, 130lbs, wearing a green camouflage Eagles jacket, black jeans, and brown ‘Prada’ shoes. The Joseph uses a silver walker due to a previously injured leg.
