The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Joshua Melendez. Joshua was last seen July 7, 2024, at 8:00pm on the 3xx block of E. Gale St. Joshua is known to frequent the shopping centers at 101 E Olney Ave & 5600 Rising Sun Ave.
He is 29-years-of-age, 5’10â€, 145 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white shirt with red writing, red shorts and red & white shoes.
