The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Kenneth Liles. Mr. Liles was last seen leaving his residence at 50XX Florence Street on July 9, 2024.
Mr. Liles is 65 years old, has brown eyes, and is bald. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue t-shirt.
