The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing endangered person, Rachel Montgomery. She was last seen around three weeks ago near 12th and Lombard Street.
Rachel is 38 years old, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. Her last known clothing is unknown.
