The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 69-year-old Virginia Graganella was last seen on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 7:40 a.m., on the Unit block of North Front Street.
She is 5′ 0″, thin build, gray hair and was last seen wearing oval purple glasses.
