The Philadelphia Police a department is seeking the public’s assist in locating Missing Juvenile Angel Edwards Cockrell. Angel was last seen January 8, 2024, at 1:04 AM on the 29xx block of N. Front Street.
Angel is 13 years old, 5’3â€, 95 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, black short curly hair and was last seen wearing a tan winter jacket, black tights, black sneakers or Sponge Bob sandals.
