The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 15-year-old Arianna Palmer was last seen on Thursday, January 11, 2024, on the 61XX block of Stenton Avenue.
She is 5′ 3″, 125 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and medium build. She could be in the Frankford area.
