The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. 14-year-old Brooklyn Dabney was last seen on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., in the area of 15th and Markets Street.
She is 5′ 3″, 115 lbs., thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white t-shirt, stud earrings, and shorts.
