The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. A 14-year-old Ciani Hines was last seen on Monday, September 23, 2024, on the 59XX block of North 20th Street.
She is 5’0″, 130 lbs., brown eyes, medium build and light brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, black hoodie, and black/white sneakers.
