The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 12-year-old Cloe Stockton-Thomas was last seen on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., on the 18XX block of West Thompson Street.
She is 5’7″, 200 lbs., with brown eyes, and black hair. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with the logo “Essential”, and a blue plaid school uniform.
