The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Elila Santana. Elila was last seen October 13, 2024, at 1:21 PM on the 28xx block of Swanson St.
Elila is a 15-years-of-age, 5’1, 120 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and pajama pants.
