The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Evangely Feliciano. Evangely was last seen November 18, 2024, at 8:25am on the 2xx block of W. Allegheny Ave
Evangely is 17 years-of-age, long red hair, green eyes, light complexion, 5’3” tall, 130-140 pounds, medium build, and was last seen wearing a white and pink shirt, pajama shorts, and sandals.
