The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Kasir Hickman. A 16-year-old was last seen on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 9:00 p.m., on the 5XX block of West Berks Street.
He is 5’8″, 190 lbs., brown eyes and black hair with red dye. He likes to frequent the area of Broad Street and Girard Avenue.
