The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sincere Williams, who may also go by Sean Washington.
Sincere was reported missing by his mother on December 28, 2024, from their residence at 9xx Hoffman Street.
Sincere is a 16-year-old male, He is 5’7” tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has black hair and black eyes. Sincere has distinguishing tattoos, on his neck and on his left forearm.
