The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find missing juvenile Stephen Childs III (Left). Stephen was last seen October 2, 2024, at 1:09pm on the 27xx block of Federal St. Stephen was given to his father, Stephen Childs (Right) 49 years-of-age, in compliance with a shared custody order and has not returned the child since. Stephen Childs could be operating a 2007 Suzuki, red in color, PA# JKF-2510.
Stephen Childs III is 4 years-of-age, 3’0″, 50lbs, brown eyes and brown hair.
