The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Zahaad Lovington-Walley. Zahaad was last seen January 1, 2025, at 7:15pm on the 41xx block of Parish Street.
Zahaad is 10-years-of-age, 4’8, 80 lbs., wearing an olive-green hooded sweatshirt with matching sweatpants, black sleeveless shirt and black flop flops.
