The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 21-year-old Ausar Scott-Thomas was last seen on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the area of Gypsy Lane and Lincoln Drive.
He is 5′ 8″, 185 lbs., medium build, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing all black clothing.
